Introduction of DSI molds

DSI (Slip Mold Injection) is an injection molded monolithic material that allows for faster molding and more exact
complex structures, including sinks. DSI uses two injection processes: first, an intermediate molding
of the shell (split in two), a displacement of the mold cavity then positioning the shell so that it faces each other. The second material injection is used to fuse the shells. Traditional injection of hollow structures maintains a heterogeneous thickness
and a more reliable fusion connection. the DSI technology is a perfect solution to these problems

Importance of DSI molds

Traditionally, parts made from different molds need to be assembled by welding or other techniques in order to
manufacture the product after molding. However, DSI allows these parts to be integrated into the mold during the actual molding process.
